Please read the following information regarding online booking and healthy space guidelines.
Online Booking Cancellation Policies
We know things come up, and schedules can change unexpectedly. To help us serve everyone better, we kindly ask for timely communication, if you need to adjust your appointment after the 24-hour mark of your scheduled time. This allows for scheduling to run smoothly.
Cancellation Policy Applies to All Appointments
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session. Missed appointments cannot be rolled over, or refunded.
Tier 1 - Weekly Memberships
• One complementary reschedule per month, with 24 hours notice.
• Reschedules must be within the same 7-day week (Monday–Sunday), subject to availability.
• No-show or second late cancellation within 24 hours, forfeit that session.
Tier 2 - Biweekly Memberships
• One complementary reschedule per billing cycle with 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours, a $50 fee may apply.
• Reschedules must be within the same 2-week window, no rollover.
• No-show or second late cancellation = appointment forfeited.
Tier 3 – Monthly Memberships or Packages
• One complementary reschedule per month for members or package plans, with 24 hours notice. Cancallations within 24 hours, a $50 fee may apply.
• Reschedules must be within current billing cycle, no rollover.
• No-show or second late cancellation = forfeiture, no makeup session.
Individual Appointments & New Client Policy
• New client (first visit) require a deposit, credited to service total.
• 24-hours cancellation notice required, any deposits returned.
• Late cancellations, within 24 hours = 50 ($/%) deposit amount, of service total.
• No-show = 100% of total service. Within 4 hours of appointment = no-show.
Healthy Space Guidelines
As we continue to keep each other safe during these visits, M Suite Barbershop requests the following; Anyone with symptoms of ANY contagious illness must reschedule. Mask are not required for service. Only clients who are being serviced may enter the suite, 3 people maximum, space is limited.
For your safety and the safety of all clients, we cannot perform services if you have:
• Open wounds, cuts, or sores in the service area
• Signs of infection (redness, swelling, pus, spreading bumps)
• Contagious skin conditions such as ringworm, lice, or untreated folliculitis
If we notice any of these conditions, we will:
• Pause your service
• Recommend that you visit a licensed medical provider for evaluation and treatment
