For clients who prefer routine and predictability, the M Suite offers structured options.

Why Memberships?

If a regular hair care routine is part of your lifestyle standards, memberships keep you on track while giving you:

  • Priority booking with exclusive early morning access (8 AM – 10 AM)

  • Consistent results with every visit

  • Hair & Scalp Assessment & Consultation + Treatment Plans

  • Exclusive perks like complementary shampoo or waxing options (tier 1 & 2), plus product discounts

Membership Options:

  • Tier 1 - Weekly: 4 visits per month

  • Tier 2 - Biweekly: 2 visits per month

  • Tier 3 - Every 3-4 Weeks: 1 visit per month

Flexibility Built-In

Members may pause their plan for travel, work, or personal needs up to 2 months, within a 12 month cycle (used consecutively or split). While paused, billing stops and no services are available until your plan resumes.

For members who need an extra visit between their plan, you have 2 Flex Visits available per 12 month cycle, based on your initial membership start date, at a special member rate. After 2 Flex Visits, any additional visits will be charged at the ‘Individual Appointments’ rate per service. Note: Membership plan changes are limited to one switch per 12 month cycle.

Add-on services like shampoos, waxing, and gray blending should be booked at the same time as your membership appointments.

Why Packages?

If a monthly membership isn’t the right fit, packages offer a flexible way to stay consistent with your hair care.

  • 6-Pack – Six services to use anytime within 12 months. Perfect if you typically visit every couple of months. Early morning access 8AM - 10AM

  • 9-Pack – Nine services to use anytime within 12 months. Ideal if you visit every 5–6 weeks and want a steady rhythm, yet less often than a monthly plan. Early morning access 8AM - 10AM.

Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, it can’t be changed, transferred, rolled over, or upgraded mid-stream.

Membership & Package Policies

  • Memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled anytime upon request. If canceled, clients are not eligible to reapply for 12 months from the date of cancellation (exceptions: relocation or switching plans).

  • Packages are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months from the initial purchase date.

  • Seniors 65+, teachers, military, and police receive 10% off individual services (excludes memberships and packages).

Q: Is membership pricing just a discount or another subscription?
A: No. Memberships at The M Suite aren’t designed as discounts or just “one more subscription.” They’re built for clients who already make hair care a part of their lifestyle whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The difference is consistency. By coming regularly, your appointments require less time and maintenance, which allows us to price memberships more efficiently. That’s why the rates are structured the way they are, not as discounts, but as a reflection of your routine and commitment to self-care.

Q: Is there a commitment to being a member?
A: No. Your commitment is to your own hair care routine. Memberships are month-to-month with the flexibility to cancel at any time. If canceled, you’re eligible to reapply, after 12 months from your date of cancellation (exceptions apply for relocation or switching plans).

Q: Can I pause my membership?
A: Yes. Members may pause their plan for up to two months, within a 12-month cycle. Pauses can be consecutive or split. While paused, billing and services are on hold and resume automatically when the pause ends.

Q: What if I need an extra visit outside my membership plan?
A: Members may use up to 2 Flex Visits per year, at a special member rate. After which, you’ll have the option to select from ‘individual Appointments’ for extra visits or switch to a plan that better fits your routine.

Q: What is the difference between a membership and a package?
A: Memberships are weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits billed monthly. Packages are a set number of services (6 or 9) to use within 12 months, and are prepaid in full.

Q: Do packages expire?
A: Yes. Packages expire 12 months after purchase. Any unused services after that time will no longer be available.

Q: Do you offer memberships for beard services only?
A: No. Beard services only are available à la carte, or included in haircut + beard memberships or packages plans.

Q: How do I know which plan is right for me?

Q: Do I have to be a member to book?
A: No. Individual appointments are available to all clients. For those who prefer a consistent grooming schedule, memberships and packages offer a structured option. Walk-ins are accommodated when availability allows.
